Stuffing Meatballs

Finely mince the white onion, celery, and garlic. Chop the parsley and rosemary. Cube the sourdough bread. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, ground pork, minced white onion, minced celery, 1 can of @pearls_olives ripe black olives, chopped parsley, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, eggs, and cubed sourdough bread. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Form the mixture into meatballs. Place the meatballs inside a pumpkin (which will act as a vessel to steam and bake them). Bake at 360°F for 1.5 hours. After baking, skewer each meatball with an additional ripe black olive before serving.
